Terms of Service:

By commissioning me you agree fully to my TOS, any violations of my TOS will result in a canceled commission and you may be blacklisted.GENERAL / MISC:No commercial useSFW onlyNo Zoophiles, Pedophiles, Racists, Transphobes, Homophobes, Xenophobes, etc. If you are any of these, your slot will be canceled and you will be blacklisted.
I have zero tolerance for any of that.TURN-AROUND TIME:I usually aim for a max of 2 weeks, however, I am a full-time college student, so there might be a chance that it is longer. If it is longer than 2 weeks I will contact you to let you know. If you have not received any updates from me about your commission please contact me!
If for any reason I cannot complete the commission, you will receive the photos I have edited and a full refund.PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY:Payment is upfront, I allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the photoshoot. If you need to cancel the day of, you must contact me, and I'll give you a 50% refund.If you cancel before the day of the photoshoot you will receive a full refundIf you are a No-show (I understand things happen, and life can be chaotic, but please let me know if you can't show up!) You will receive a 50% refund. Not showing up not only wastes my time but will also make me more hesitant to give you a slot in the future.I have the right to cancel your commission if needed, if this happens you will receive a full refund.
This could happen either because I am sick, an emergency has occurred, something on my schedule has changed and I can no longer go through with the commission, etc.FOR GROUP PHOTOSHOOTS:I ONLY allow 3 participants including yourself. If there are more than 3 I will charge an extra $20 fee. It can be overwhelming to keep things organized with large groups.If the size of the group changes at any time you must tell me. If it becomes just one person, you will be refunded the $10 group photoshoot charge, and your commission will become a solo photoshoot.SOLO PHOTOSHOOTS:You cannot bring more than yourself to participate within the photos. Obviously, you can bring a handler or someone to help carry things, etc. but they cannot be in the photos.
Do not commission a solo photoshoot then show up with a group.RESCHEDULING:If you need to reschedule let me know ASAP! I'm more than happy to accommodate a new day & time for the shoot! But please show up!!CREDIT, POSTING, AND SOCIAL MEDIA:You are allowed to post the photos you receive wherever you like, but you must not re-edit, crop, or remove my watermark. My watermark must be fully visible within the post, and I must be credited as the photographer in the same post as the photo.OTHER INFORMATION:You can always reach me on any of my social media accounts.

I tend to respond fastest on Telegram.All photos will be uploaded to a DropBox folder for you to download. If you prefer, I can send you the images through email, or discuss another option to send you the photos.You'll receive at least 10-15 edited photos.You may get the photos printed, or turn them into stickers, but you cannot sell them.
